It was in 1878 that Safilo began manufacturing lenses in the Venetian Alps, and so it was only fitting that the Italian eyewear brand team up with the equally legendary fashion magazine, Harper’s BAZAAR for its 150th anniversary. Through a capsule collection celebrating first’s in fashion, the brand developed 3 styles inspired by the 1960’s era of BAZAAR. The collection marked a moment in history and culture celebrating both the past, present and future. The limited run styles sold out on ShopBAZAAR and in Bergdorf Goodman.
